Reimbursement

New Effective April 1, 2016: Direct billing is also an option to extended insurance providers.

Most extended health plans provide some coverage. Each plan is different. Check with your extended health plan provider before the appointment. A receipt will be issued upon payment which can be used to claim back your reimbursement.
